Get Hard and Stay Hard?

To Get HARD and Stay HARD means having the ability rock her world whenever it is desired. And one of the most clear-cut problems a man can have in the bedroom is the inability to get a hard erection when he is ready to and or keep it. Here are my favorite testosterone boosting vitamins, and supplements, full disclosure I take them:

Vitamin D

  • Vitamin D, the International Journal of Endocrinology on January 8th, 2018, found through their research that vitamin D plays an essential role in men’s sexual function. The researchers found that higher levels of vitamin D were associated with higher levels of total testosterone and higher scores on all domains which evaluates erectile and orgasmic function, sexual desire, intercourse satisfaction, and overall satisfaction.

Ginseng

  • Ginseng in a double-blind, placebo-controlled study, 45 men with moderate to severe erectile dysfunction had found improvement in their scores on erectile performance and sexual satisfaction after being treated with three times daily doses of 900 mg Korean red ginseng for 8 wk.

Fenugreek

  • Fenugreek has the potential to naturally increase testosterone and for this reason, it has been researched by the National Institute of Health.

    Inside Fenugreek are compounds called furostanolic saponins, which are understood to increase testosterone production.

     Results from several studies show that taking fenugreek may improve testosterone levels and symptoms related to low testosterone such as low libido.

    The National Institute of Health, PubMed conducted an 8-week study in 49 athletic men showing that taking supplements with 500 mg of fenugreek daily slightly increased testosterone levels and measurably improved strength and body fat compared to a placebo group. 

Increased Testosterone…

   The study observed that testosterone levels increased by 46% in 90% of the participants. What’s more, the majority of the fenugreek supplement group experienced improvements in mood, energy, libido, and sperm count. Additionally, a 12-week study in 120 men aged 43–75 showed that those who took 600 mg of fenugreek seed extract daily experienced increases in testosterone levels. The same group experienced improved libido compared to a control group.

Now consult with your health care professionals but taking supplements has worked for me to improve my symptoms of low testosterone.

Low testosterone may not be your problem entirely or at all if you are having difficulty getting and keeping a hard erection when sexual intercourse is desired.

Is “Whiskey Dick” a real problem?

Another problem could be– “Whiskey Dick” caused by excessive alcohol. Even though Alcohol may decrease sexual inhibitions it may drastically decrease your ability to perform.

Sober men could achieve an erection more quickly than intoxicated men and in some cases intoxicated men were not able to achieve an erection at all, after drinking, this is according to a University of Washington study. 

Basically drinking alcohol before sex lowers blood flow to your penis.

Alcohol is a depressant and slows the central nervous system that brings information from your senses to your brain. Any form of alcohol can cause this temporary form of Erectile Dysfunction. 

Being that alcohol is a depressant it can cause feelings of elation as well as depression and depression lowers libido and sex drive in men and women.

Alcohol is a diuretic and can cause excessive urination which can cause lower blood flow to the penis.

What to do to avoid “Whiskey Dick”?

Reduce Alcohol or Moderate your Drinking.

  • The only tried and true solution for “Whiskey Dick” is to reduce and or moderate your drinking. If it’s really important to you on that special night, avoid alcohol entirely. You may think having a few drinks increases your chances of getting laid but it really may be hurting you. Besides “Whiskey Dick” men tend to be less self-aware when drinking. And this could be a strategy that has worked for people in the past when everyone drunk as well. But drinking too much can also make you look sloppy and out of control and even stupid. It could also be very dangerous for you and others.

Stay Sober.

  • Another strategy is to let your date drink but stay sober and keep in mind that if she is intoxicated she may not be able to give the needed consent for sex so you would have to be strong and say no. Which at times will work in your favor if you can tell her no on the first date she may be even more inclined on the second date.
  • Just limit the drinks dude! Do you want to have great sex or get plastered? While it could happen to anyone it can be compounded with alcohol if you are already tired or suffering from other factors. In most cases just drink less. Most of the time limiting yourself to one drink an hour will guarantee you that you will not get “Whiskey Dick” and again you can just as easily get “Beer Dick” and “Vodka or Wine Dick” by drinking too much.

When all else fails…

What to do in the moment if you oh shit – suffer from “Whiskey Dick” ?

  • I recommend when in doubt use your mouth, it’s time for oral boys, time to go downtown on her. Just give her the big-O by giving her oral sex, cunnilingus. It may give you that extra time to sober up and get hard again and give her “The Dick”. But chances are it won’t, chances are you will need more time to recover from your alcohol-related ED.
