(Sales) Earning the most money as fast as you can. With inflation already effecting the USA and something worse around the corner before you can load up on can goods and precious metals you need to maximize your income. One of the Fastest ways to earn more money is in sales. But you must be self-motivated and have a big why to succeed in sales on a massive level.
One of the facts I have learned from 30 years of working as a Sales Psychologist and performance coach is that if you don’t have a strong desire to make a lot of money, you will probably never become a sales superstar.
Becoming a successful sales person requires learning a skill. The skill of selling is not something everyone is born with. Some people have a God-given ability to influence people, but most are not born that way. But you do not need to be a superstar to earn a living in sales.
Why sales?
Most jobs have income limits that require time to advance into. Sales careers have no cap on income. Suppose you have a job in middle management… You get hired as an entry level manager. How long will you have to grind in the corporate structure to become the General Manager? You won’t go from entry level manager to the General Manager in a month or even a year, usually. But you can become the top sales earner in a company as fast as you produce the most results.

But here’s the rub! If you want to make a lot of money in Sales, you must make a decision to be above average as a salesperson. Top producing Sales reps have put in over 10,000 hours of practice in their field to be the best.
It requires on average 10,000 hours of focused practice to be a phenom in your field.

I know some sales professionals who earn more money than doctors and lawyers. But the ones who do earn incredible income are hyper focused on their business. Yes, to be a top earner in sales, it becomes a business. I know some Life Insurance sales professionals who spend $25000 a year in leads in order to earn $250,000 a year. While others have hit this target without spending any money on leads.
Multi-Level Marketing or Network Marketing.
The vast majority of people I know who have dabbled in MLM haven’t made a full-time income. But around 2% of the people I know who have done Network Marketing are serious producers who have earned consistently over $100,000, $250,000, $500,000 and even $1,000,000 annually. I have met Millionaire producers Brian Caruthers and Susan Sly personally and they have each made over A million a year in and they have dozens of people they have helped make $100K, $250K and even $500K.
But when you look at these top earners, their habits are insanely productive. Their skill mastery of persuasion and communication are next level. To have an extraordinary income in sales, you must become an extraordinary person.
How to make 140% commission!
When I sold Life-Insurance, I moved up to getting 140% commission on the first year premiums paid by each new customer. Yes! When the insurance company brought in $1000 in new sales for the first year, I got $1400. Plus, I got a small 5-15% in commission every month after the 12th month for a few years. But here’s the crazy part. They usually paid me an advanced commission after the new customer paid his first premium. That means I made $1400 in advance when the customer paid $85 dollars!
Not all Life Insurance companies pay the same and I was paying out of pocket for my own leads, and my own travel expenses and I was making commission only.
